Chablis Roland Lavantureux
HK$308.00

Founded in 1978, Domaine Roland Lavantureux is located in the northwest of Chablis where white wine production is well known for. Domaine Roland Lavantureux promotes biodiversity planting mode and the reduction of chemicals usage in order to support sustainable farming of the vineyard and bring out the genuine flavor of the wine. One thing worth noting is that the village of Lignorelles where the winery locates is well known for Kimmeridgian soils- the precious soils that were formed of a large number of pre-history seashell fossils which gives the Chardonnay grapes that grown here rich mineral flavor.
Chablis Roland Lavantureux uses grapes from vines with an average age of 30 years;
outstanding citrus and floral aroma with rich minerality, this is the perfect wine pairing with seafood, white meat and cheese. If you are not familiar with the Chablis region, this bottle of wine will give you a general idea of how Chablis wine is like.
