In 2008, Fabienneh and Michel decided to move to the famous wine region Provence to realize their dream of becoming wine-makers and they named the vineyard Clos de l’Ours. Since the Templar age, this land has been producing excellent and dynamic wines.
The vineyard is now taken over by the second generation where Fabien the son is the wine-maker. In Provence, it has become the well-known winery and the wines are chosen by many local French restaurants including some Michelin-starred restaurants:
- Restaurant Georges Blanc -3 Stars (Ain)
- Le Petit Nice – 3 Stars (Bouche du Rhone)
- Terrasses d’Uriage – 2 Stars (Isere)
- Restaurant Le Meurice Alain Ducasse – 2 Stars (Paris)
- La Marande – 1 Star *2014 (Macon)
- Christophe Bacquie Restaurant – 3 Stars (Le Castellet)
